SASMAR is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, including our acclaimed Conceive Plus brand, we pride ourselves on our international presence, with operations across major markets such as Australia, Europe, and the United States.
In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and enhancing relationships with our key accounts and strategic partners. Your expertise in sales and account management will help drive revenue growth and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Establish and maintain robust relationships with key accounts.
Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and secure sales agreements that align with revenue objectives.
Respond to customer inquiries and needs effectively to maximize satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential growth opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
Explore and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling avenues.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor strategies.
Contribute to strategic planning in alignment with SASMAR’s long-term growth objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sector.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated negotiation acumen and relationship management capabilities.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market research effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as necessary to meet with clients.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages would be advantageous.
