Job Description

We are seeking a talented SAP Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between functional teams and process owners to understand business requirements and solve technology-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver global security solutions while adhering to local privacy laws.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops for project scoping and estimation.
  • Provide support for defined SAP projects in alignment with the overall SAP strategy.
  • Lead investigations and provide technical advice on the adoption of new technologies and their impact on SAP landscapes.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
  • Oversee project documentation delivery, including change requests, testing, and system validation.

Skills

  • Degree in IT or a complementary business field.
  • 10-13 years of experience in SAP Security, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong problem determination and resolution skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Ability to establish relationships and achieve results through others.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior management experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with GRC rule set updates and security authorizations.
  • Familiarity with archiving tools and functional transactions.
  • Proven ability to lead complex or specialized projects on a global scale.
