Job Overview
Foundever is hiring Seasonal Technical Customer Service Associates! Become a valued member of our dynamic team, where you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional, personalized support by assisting customers with a range of accounting and tax platforms and applications. Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
Ability to multitask in and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
Ability to provide essential technical support through phone and chat, showcasing flexibility in communication methods.
**Please be aware that you may be placed in a class that is not chat-trained, depending on availability. Currently all of our roles include phone support.
