Job Description

LegalMatch is looking for a UX/UI Designer who is confident in both user-centered thinking and polished visual design. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product’s experience—from initial concepts through final implementation—while working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers.

This position will be in-office at our Reno, NV location.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for business-focused web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and deliver elegant, effective solutions.
Translate complex workflows into clean and simple user experiences.
Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Contribute to and help evolve our in-house design system and brand guidelines.
Overseeing design tasks, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, visual design skills, and design process.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a close-knit in-house team.

Nice to Have

Experience in a SaaS, tech, or product-led company.
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS (you don’t need to code, but understanding dev constraints helps).
Experience contributing to or building a design system.
