Position: Entry Level Communications Associate
Location: Tampa, FL
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to establish a career in communications. As a key member of our communications department, you will assist in developing our brand's voice and convey our messages across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external communications materials.
Support the execution of communication strategies across various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
Conduct research to gather information and data for communication projects and campaigns.
Help monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative content ideas and initiatives.
Maintain and organize communication databases and mailing lists for outreach.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being a self-starter.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
A basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
