Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external communications materials.
- Support the execution of communication strategies across various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Conduct research to gather information and data for communication projects and campaigns.
- Help monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative content ideas and initiatives.
- Maintain and organize communication databases and mailing lists for outreach.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being a self-starter.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- A basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
