The position will report directly to the owner. The Tasting Room Manager will be responsible for making sure our guests receive a 5-star experience each time they visit. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, has the ability to manage and lead others, have knowledge of wine, excellent customer service skills and a passion for educating our customers and team about our winery's offerings.
