Job Details:

First shift, Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
Oversee daily warehouse operations
Manage inventory
Ensure efficient logistics and supply chain processes
Ensure efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of goods
Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Coordinate with transportation providers
Monitor quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods

Position Requirements:

Two (2) years proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role within a distribution center
Highly experienced in the management of logistics operations
Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
