Job Title: Virtual Wedding Planner (WFH)

Responsibilities:
Initial Consultation: Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day, establishing a rapport and building trust to ensure a personalized planning experience.
Venue Selection: Scout and recommend suitable venues for ceremonies, receptions, and related events, considering factors such as location, capacity, ambiance, and budgetary constraints.
Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with various wedding vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, and officiants, to ensure the highest quality of services within budgetary parameters.
Budget Management: Develop and manage comprehensive budgets for weddings, tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and seeking cost-effective solutions to maximize value while meeting clients' financial constraints.
Timeline and Schedule: Create detailed timelines and schedules for wedding events, including rehearsals, ceremonies, receptions, and post-wedding activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines.
Design and Décor: Collaborate with couples to design themes, color schemes, and décor elements that reflect their personalities and preferences, coordinating with vendors to bring their vision to life.
Logistics and Coordination: Oversee logistical arrangements such as transportation, accommodations, seating plans, and guest logistics, ensuring all aspects of the wedding day are carefully planned and executed.
Crisis Management: Anticipate and address potential challenges or issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day, implementing contingency plans and providing calm and effective solutions.
Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to couples throughout the planning process, alleviating stress and anxiety and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience leading up to their special day.
Requirements:
