This is a remote position.

As a Remote Travel Planner, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients from all over the world, helping them plan their perfect trips. You'll use your expertise in travel logistics, accommodation, and activities to create personalized itineraries that exceed your clients' expectations.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for travel. You should also be comfortable working independently and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs 

  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodation, and activities based on clients' preferences and budget 

  • Create detailed itineraries that include transportation, accommodation, activities, and dining options 

  • Communicate with vendors, hotels, and tour operators to make reservations and ensure a seamless experience for clients

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the planning process and during clients' trips 

Requirements:  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • 18+ Years of Age and legally Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Laptop or Smartphone
