Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage relationships with approximately 50 target and core dealers to drive volume and profitability.
Identify and onboard new dealers within the assigned territory, including A Plus Dealers.
Proactively engage existing and potential customers to promote new products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Drive sales growth while ensuring revenue and gross margin targets are met.
Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM system.
Collaborate with Branch Managers and teams to enhance sales within assigned branches.
Develop and implement action plans to meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly basis.
Serve as the go-to expert on our products' features, benefits, and performance.
Provide comprehensive support to clients, ensuring they have all necessary information for exceptional service delivery.
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction assessments and address any concerns promptly.
Keep abreast of competitive activities and market trends within the territory.
Continuously expand knowledge of our products and features.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, with the ability to devise and execute effective sales plans.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Familiarity with HVAC products, services, and industry trends.
Demonstrated autonomy and self-motivation.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Ability to travel frequently to customer sites and occasional company meetings/events.

Salary Range:

Base Salary: $49,000 to $61,000 (excluding additional commission and incentives based on sales performance)
