Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of service in a fine dining setting. Duties include preparing tables prior to events, taking guest orders, serving beverages and multiple course meals, and event clean up. Setting each event specific to the group’s requests and needs to include all tableware as trained. Kindly and professionally greet guests upon arrival, providing the highest level of customer service throughout reception and event, while paying close attention to detail. Collaborating with other Servers and Dishwasher for post event clean up and dishes, while taking additional direction from the Event Coordinator.

Qualifications

Exhibits exceptional communication skills and demonstrates ability to work well alone and in a group setting. Responds well to the changing environment of events. Strong multitasking and teamwork skills including front and back of house responsibilities. Remains flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff. 16-17 year olds may serve food, must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol.

Compensation Detail

$20.00 - $25.09 / hour In addition to the hourly rate, you could be eligible for a $25/hr stipend, up to 3 hours per shift.

Schedule Details

Schedule can vary dependent on event load and employee availability. Shift start times are flexible, based on employee availability. Shift end times depend on event need.
