Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Term: 6+ months

Job Description:

Experience Desired: 8+ Years.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related backend frameworks.
• Solid experience with React.js , JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure ).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement complex business logic and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Contribute to AI chatbot development or integration efforts, where applicable.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation.
