Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a dynamic professional with proven Project Management expertise, including experience as a Project Manager and a strong understanding of organizational change. The role involves building key milestones within change plans, managing a portfolio of requirements, and applying PM fundamentals to drive success. The candidate will independently manage projects, provide oversight for Solution Architects, and ensure alignment with leadership objectives.
Responsibilities include -
Process management- such as documenting and redesigning workflows using tools like Miro or Lucidchart
Lead change management initiatives to support transformation efforts
Assigning and managing activities to support leadership
Provide oversight and guidance for Solution Architects (SAs) and related roles

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of project management experience
Experience creating/leading organization change initiatives/projects
Ability to manage projects independently and oversee related roles
Experience in process mapping and redesign using tools like Miro or Lucidchart
Experience with Salesforce project implementation
Proficient in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations - Salesforce Certifications
Prior consulting experience preferred
Smartsheet and Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
