Job Title: QA Salesforce Specialist Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified QA Salesforce Specialist to enhance our Client Case Management System (CCMS). The role involves working closely with a project team to manage and ensure the quality of enterprise-level applications in Salesforce. This position demands a high level of expertise in Salesforce, testing methodologies, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, system integration, and automated testing.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs using JIRA.
- Manage and maintain test cycles within JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
- Participate in requirements review sessions and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
- Five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years managing enterprise-level applications in Salesforce.
- Six (6) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in the design and successful implementation of Salesforce Projects(s).
Certifications:
- Salesforce Architect and Platform Developer II Certification.
- Scrum Master Certification or PMP.
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
Tools:
- Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking and test management.
- Experience in creating and managing test cases and test cycles.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
