Job Title: QA Salesforce Specialist Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified QA Salesforce Specialist to enhance our Client Case Management System (CCMS). The role involves working closely with a project team to manage and ensure the quality of enterprise-level applications in Salesforce. This position demands a high level of expertise in Salesforce, testing methodologies, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, system integration, and automated testing.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs using JIRA.
  • Manage and maintain test cycles within JIRA.
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
  • Participate in requirements review sessions and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years managing enterprise-level applications in Salesforce.
  • Six (6) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in the design and successful implementation of Salesforce Projects(s).

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Architect and Platform Developer II Certification.
  • Scrum Master Certification or PMP.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.

Tools:

  • Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking and test management.
  • Experience in creating and managing test cases and test cycles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
