Job Title: Sales Associate - Life Insurance Support
Position Summary:
We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in a role that combines essential operational tasks with the opportunity to support our dynamic sales and marketing campaigns. As a Sales Associate in our Life Insurance Sales Department, you'll work closely with advisors and their teams on client cases, collaborating with our specialized wholesale team to provide tailored case design consultations. This is a full-time position where you'll play a vital role in expanding our reach and supporting financial advisors as they grow their practices.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll take on a range of tasks to support our advisors and clients, with responsibilities including:
Inbound Support: Address incoming inquiries on topics like:
Case design and creating illustrations
Recommending suitable products and providing intelligence on options
Offering pre-sale support for application processes and underwriting
Outbound Outreach:
Proactively reach out to recruit new financial advisors to our network
Train advisors on our product solutions and marketing programs
Help advisors expand and strengthen their practices
Goal-Driven Sales Activity:
Meet daily and monthly activity targets and contribute toward team sales goals
Problem-Solving for Client Success:
Use your problem-solving skills to navigate complex insurance requirements, ensuring cases progress smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone with the following background and qualities:
A four-year degree is preferred
Strongly preferred experience in the life insurance industry
Key Competencies:
A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort and confidence with cold-calling and prospecting
Demonstrated ability to build rapport, especially over the phone
Effective listening skills and collaborative spirit
Resilience and the ability to handle rejection with grace
Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $40,000 - $45,000, commensurate with experience
