Job Description

Are you passionate about healthcare and making a positive impact on people's lives? We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Case Manager and Patient Advocate.

Your Responsibilities
Manage medical cases with a focus on advocacy and support for patients.
Research and coordinate access to affordable healthcare providers and pharmacies.
Assist members in obtaining prescriptions, including communication with ordering physicians.
Handle implementation, account setup, and ensure timely tracking and follow-ups.
Provide top-notch customer service with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
Perform basic calculations and maintain accurate records.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Your Schedule and Compensation
Full-time, Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
Competitive pay: $24-$40 per hour, depending on experience.
