Guardian Angel Staffing is interviewing Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) & Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Full & Part Time Employment opportunities for local Long Term Care Facilities in the Radcliff, Kentucky Area.
THESE ARE NOT TRAVEL ASSIGNMENTS.
Part Time requires a minimum of two days per week.
Candidates must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment, these are floor positions in a long term care facility.
Requirements Include But Not Limited To:
1. Active license on Kentucky Board of Nursing in good standing
2. CPR Card
3. TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray
4. Nursing Diploma & Current Nurse CEUs (Nurses Only); College Diploma, High Schools Diploma or GED (CNAs)
5. Pass Fingerprint/AOC Background Check and Drug Screening
6. Comply with Covid-19 Policy and Procedures
7. Current experience within the last year that can be verified working in a long term care facility or a hospital taking care of a team of patients.

Registered Nurse @ $58-$59/hr
Licensed Practical Nurse @ $43-$44/hr
Certified Nursing Assistant @ $29-$30/hr
RN & LPN AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
1st shift: 2 full time & 2 part time
2nd shift: 2 full time & 2 part time
3rd shift: 2 part time
Full time staff must be able to work flexible shifts to meet facility needs.
CNA AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
1st shift: 3 full time & 3 part time
2nd shift: 2 full time & 2 part time
Full time staff must be able to work flexible shifts to meet facility needs.
Shift times: 630am-3pm, 230pm-11pm, 1030pm-7am & 630am-7pm
