Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Contract Duration: 27 Weeks
Shift: 07:00 AM – 02:30 PM
Pay: $27/hr
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support and therapy services in a clinical setting. The RBT will work directly with patients under the supervision of licensed practitioners, implementing individualized treatment plans and ensuring quality care. Strong communication, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare therapy and treatment areas, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
Assist patients during therapy sessions and implement behavioral interventions per treatment plans.
Record patient progress, observations, and vital information accurately in records.
Use and maintain specialized equipment as required.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all privacy and compliance standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
Modify communication and care approaches based on patient needs, including age, culture, language, and disability considerations.
Support office workflows, scheduling, and documentation tasks as needed.
Perform job-related physical tasks, including lifting, pushing/pulling, and standing for extended periods.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively and compassionately with diverse populations.
Ability to perform duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Competency with computer applications and data entry systems.
Education & Certification:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or relevant behavioral therapy certification
Preferred:
Graduate of an accredited Behavioral Therapy or related program
