Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Levels 1-3

We are also on the lookout for Behavior Technicians who are seeking support for their RBT licensure!

Job/Company Overview: We are in search of dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for levels 1-3 positions. These roles are essential to our commitment to delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with exceptional needs in the greater Cleveland area.

As an RBT, you will engage directly with clients in home, community, and school environments, implementing behavior reduction strategies and clinical skills instruction. You will be part of a dynamic team, working under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to positively impact our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement learning programs and behavior reduction protocols rooted in ABA principles.
* Collect and maintain accurate data on client behaviors and progress.
* Assist with assessments and training under BCBA supervision.
* Uphold client confidentiality and prioritize their safety and well-being.
* Collaborate with team members and engage in ongoing training.
* Document service activities and complete necessary paperwork promptly.
* For RBT Levels 2-3: Mentor junior staff, contribute to team leadership, and assist in program development.

Qualifications:

* Current, valid RBT credential is required.
* High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
* Experience levels:

* BT: No certification
* RBT 1: Newly certified RBT
* RBT 2: Minimum of one year of RBT experience
* RBT 3: Minimum of three years of RBT experience

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Proficient in basic computer skills and necessary software.

Interpersonal Skills:

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work productively with diverse teams and build relationships with clients and families.
* Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Leadership capabilities (applicable for RBT Levels 2-3).

Compensation & Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate ranging from $18 to $25, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Requirements:

* Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal background checks (BCI and FBI).
* CPR certification.

* Flexibility to work at various locations in Cleveland and Mayfield Heights.
