Haven is looking for a dynamic and strategic Full-Time Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative staffing strategies to attract and retain top talent across diverse candidate pools. Talent Acquisition & Screening: Source and screen qualified applicants, coordinate interviews with hiring teams, and gather feedback to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and streamline the candidate lifecycle.
Administrative Support: Schedule interviews, manage candidate tracking through our ATS, and represent Haven at job fairs and recruiting events.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment process.
At least 2 years of recruiting experience for a company with 100+ employees
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proven success in high-volume and diverse candidate recruitment
Proactive sourcing and talent acquisition tactics
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
