Job Description

Winner Subaru Volkswagen is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. You will be responsible for supporting the Service and Sales Team through performing various daily activities that will ultimately lead to a high level of organization and excellent customer experience. Hours for this position are Nights and Weekends; Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm and Saturday's 9am - 6pm. Responsibilities

Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
