The Front Desk Receptionist is an integral part of the team, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. As the face of our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer enjoys a five-star experience from the moment they step into our shop until they leave. Required Availability: Nights & Weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors with a warm smile and positive attitude, making them feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Ensure that all visitors sign the visitor log, providing essential details such as name, date, reason for the visit, and time in/out.
  • Perform daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a smooth flow of operations.
  • Independently manage a range of administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Check in and register new customers following established guidelines.
  • Verify customer IDs and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and waiting area to create a pleasant environment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to the cannabis industry.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Guide customers through the check-in and waiting process with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Acquire knowledge of the products offered, and provide accurate product information to customers.
  • Responsively manage and respond to customer reviews to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check.
  • Preferred knowledge of cannabis products to assist customers effectively.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing our brand and values in a customer-oriented environment.
Pay: $14/hr
