Qualifications Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business, or a related field preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in flexographic, digital, or offset printing.
• Experience in label printing, packaging, or a similar industry is highly preferred

Inventory & Materials Management

• Oversee raw material inventory, ensuring adequate supplies for production.
• Work with vendors to manage supply chain efficiency and reduce material waste.
• Track material usage and implement strategies for cost-effective resource management.
