What You'll Do:

As a Growth Product Manager at Collinson, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end implementation of our product strategy. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, define product roadmaps, and execute initiatives that drive user and revenue growth. From product strategy to execution, you'll lead the charge in maximizing the potential of our travel ecosystem and delivering exceptional value to our customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and develop an innovative product roadmap aligned with the company vision and business goals.
  • Product Execution: Drive the end-to-end development cycle of high-quality, outcome-focused product roadmaps.
  • Data-Driven & Customer-Centric: Utilize data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and drive growth through experiments and new product initiatives.
  • Influencing People: Collaborate with key stakeholders to champion the product vision and strategy both internally and externally.

What You'll Need:

  • Solid experience in product management leading consumer products.
  • Proven experience in defining and owning product roadmaps and requirements.
  • Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Engineering experience across key Web 3.0 components.
  • Experience in designing and developing interactive web3.0 applications.
  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks like AngularJS/React.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience with low-fidelity design tools and Agile principles.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
  • Independent, self-organized, and results-driven mindset.
