Private Equity M&A - Mid Level/Senior

In-office position in New York

Compensation range: $225,000 - $435,000

We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level/senior associate with 3 or more years of experience to join our Private Equity Group.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of private equity experience
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions and exits and equity compensation.
• Candidates applying for attorney positions should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent communication skills
• Must be barred to practice law in NY
