Job Description

One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist Assistants .

Responsibilities:

• Provide applicable physical therapy care for patients under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
• Clean and prepare treatment areas and equipment following OSHA guidelines
• Implement treatment programs directed by a Licensed Physical Therapist, communicate updates clearly, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain open and positive communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third party payors

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Effective team member with strong organizational skills.
• Active listening and comprehension skills.
• Effective time management and planning abilities.

License/Certification:

• Graduation from a physical therapist assistant or physical therapist education program accredited by CAPTE.
• Current valid State license/registration/certification.
• Active CPR certification
