Physical Therapist Assistant (PT Assistant) job at Vitawerks Rocklin, CA, US

Job Description

One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist Assistants .

Responsibilities:

Provide applicable physical therapy care for patients under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
Clean and prepare treatment areas and equipment following OSHA guidelines
Implement treatment programs directed by a Licensed Physical Therapist, communicate updates clearly, and maintain accurate documentation.
Maintain open and positive communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third party payors

Required Skills & Abilities:

Effective team member with strong organizational skills.
Active listening and comprehension skills.
Effective time management and planning abilities.

License/Certification:

Graduation from a physical therapist assistant or physical therapist education program accredited by CAPTE.
Current valid State license/registration/certification.
Active CPR certification
