Job Description

Anarust Inc. is a dynamic and innovative company that is revolutionizing the industry. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our executive team.

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

* Manage complex schedules including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.

* Coordinate with multiple time zones and ensure timely reminders.

* Email Management:

* Screen prioritize and respond to emails on behalf of the executive team.

* Draft and send emails as needed.

* Task Management:

* Create assign and track tasks and projects.

* Ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines.

* Travel Arrangements:

* Book and manage travel arrangements including flights accommodations and transportation.

* Handle visa and passport requirements.

* Expense Management:

* Process and submit expense reports.

* Track and reconcile expenses.

* Research and Reporting:

* Conduct research on various topics as required.

* Prepare reports and presentations.

* Administrative Support:

* Handle general administrative tasks such as filing photocopying and scanning.

* Manage office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong problemsolving skills.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
