Job Essentials
Handle Payroll Tax Returns
- Manage payroll tax returns such as W-2s and 1099s promptly and accurately
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees
Collaboration
- Work closely with HR and Accounting teams to streamline payroll processes and ensure accuracy
Stay Informed
- Keep abreast of changes in payroll laws and communicate updates to relevant stakeholder
ERP System Management
- Utilize the ERP system to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, demonstrating proficiency in payroll processes and compliance
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced level), and prior experience with ERP systems
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure and meeting deadlines
