As our Gelato and Pastry Cook, you’ll play a key role in creating the delicious desserts that keep our customers coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and crafting a variety of Gelato, pastries, and baked goods from scratch. - Following recipes and maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation. - Ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality and freshness. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Collaborating with the team to develop new and innovative dessert ideas.
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual who: - Has at least 2 years of experience in pastry or food preparation. - Possesses a strong understanding of cooking techniques and preferably dessert creation. - Is detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work. - Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and enjoys working as part of a team. - Brings creativity and a passion for desserts to the table.
