Job Title: Part time Valet TWO Positions Available: MORNING SHIFT 730a-2pm OR AFTERNOON SHIFT 1p-630p. Both Shifts are Monday- Friday. NO WEEKENDS Job Summary: As a Valet Driver at Keeler Motor Car Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers at their home or office, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the dealership's retrieval and delivery process for both our stores Genesis and BMW of Ridgefield. Handling all client’s vehicles safely at all times is our priority. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for customers showing them the dealership quality by providing a "4 seasons” experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Safely maneuver vehicles for Valet Service, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the client vehicle while in your care.
• Conduct basic inspections of vehicles for any visible damages or issues upon retrieval and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with other dealership staff to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any possible inquiries or concerns from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow dealership policies and procedures regarding vehicle handling, parking, and customer interactions.
• Assist in other tasks around the dealership as needed, peak times or supporting other departments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or valet role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.
