What This Job Looks Like:
Engage - Care for children between ages six weeks and 18 years (based on your experience)
Play - Have fun with age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities while you’re with the kids
Safety - Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care
Meal Prep - Put together meals and snacks for children during your time with them
Light Clean-up - Restore the kitchen and play areas after food and fun (with age-appropriate assistance from the kids)
Depth – Get to know a family and develop a relationship with the kids and parents over time
Requirements- Must be 18 or older, have a valid drivers license with regular access to a vehicle and ability to transport children in said vehicle as needed, must be willing to travel up to 25-30 mins, and consent to a background screen

We’re are also currently seeking reliable caregivers for several families. Below is a list of a few of our families in the St. Charles area:

• Part Time Sitter needed in St Charles early mornings 6:00a-9:00a every other week starting week of 11/3/25. Shift will include getting two children (3 & 7 y/o) ready for school and possibly transporting them to school. Pay $16/hour
• Part Time sitter needed for a family in St Charles. Family is looking for a safe driver who can pick up one child from schools on Wednesdays and drive to/from activities; work 1:00p-5:30p on the last Friday of each month; and be available for date nights here and there. Pay $16/hour
• Part time nanny for infant and 2.5 year old in Lake St Louis, must have experience with infants and access to a reliable vehicle. Anticipated start date in January 2026. Monday-Thursday 9:00-1:30. Family would like to find someone who will be with them until at least end of August 2026. Pay $16/hour
• Full time nanny needed in St Peters to care for 9 month old. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Family would like to have a sitter who would stay with them until the child turns 2.
