Responsibilities:
**Design and implement engaging and educational activities tailored to each child's development.
**Create a secure and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and cherished.
**Collaborate with fellow educators to develop a dynamic and innovative curriculum.
**Build strong connections with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community.
**Monitor children's progress and provide personalized guidance and encouragement to support their growth and development.
Qualifications:
**Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
**Preferred qualification: CACHE Level 3.
**Advantageous: Experience in a nursery or early childhood setting.
**Essential: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Must-have: Genuine enthusiasm for nurturing young minds.
