**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** The Mechanical Assembler will work in truck bays to install custom bed/box, snow plows, and dump beds using hand tools to fasten and attach these implements and accessories. **Responsibilities** + Utilize hand tools to assemble and install custom equipment on trucks. + Read and comprehend job descriptions for different truck lines. + Receive training on assembly processes specific to various truck models. + Ensure the proper installation of aftermarket equipment and accessories. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Ability to read and understand job descriptions. + Experience in assembly and installation work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have own tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a reputable company known for consistent, clean work and opportunities for career advancement. The role involves day shifts from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with very few weekends and overtime required. The dress code includes jeans/work pants and a T-shirt. Work exclusively on new cars and equipment that have not yet been used on the road. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FLINT, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
