If so, we're looking for a talented Logistics Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in optimizing our supply chain operations.

As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of shipments, managing inventory, and building strong relationships with vendors and partners. You'll use your skills in negotiation, warehouse management, and communication to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate channels.
Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
Arrange special shipping requests as needed.
Track shipments and resolve any shipping errors.
Prepare bills and invoices.
Manage distribution and shipment budgets.
Ensure the quality of all services meets our required standards.
Develop processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and organization.
Monitor daily import/export operations (ocean and air) to ensure adherence to procedures and instructions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, service providers, and partners (shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, etc.).
What You'll Bring:

2+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
Knowledge of the CargoWise system is highly desirable.
Experience in ocean and air import/export is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Self-driven and detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
