Private family looking hire a Live-In or Live-Out Energetic Nanny in Saint Davids, PA!

Position Compensation

• Salary:$100,000+/year. Please send your salary requirements. The client is flexible depending on experience, job duties and flexibility.
• Living Accommodations:Live In- 3rd floor entirely to yourself. Private room, ensuite bathroom, etc. **The role can be live- out if you are local and interested.**
• Vacation: 2 weeks PTO

About: We are a warm and welcoming British-American family looking for a dedicated and nurturing nanny to join our household as we transition from our current Norland nanny, who will be leaving in May. With four children (ages 4, 12, 14, and 17) and three pets (a dog and two cats), we need someone who can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic home. Both parents are busy professionals: Dad travels frequently, and Mom works from home. We travel extensively during school vacations (Europe in June/July, Nantucket in summer, Florida in winter, and ski trips to Colorado, Utah, or the Alps). We are ideally looking for someone who is ready to jump all in, become a member of our lively family, and show up daily with positivity and a smile.

The Role:
As our youngest starts Pre-K this September, we’d love someone who can support with meal preparation and cooking during school hours. No formal cooking experience is required—just a willingness to follow recipes and learn family favorites, with a focus on healthy, home-cooked meals. There will be no other duties beyond childcare when the children are out of school, cooking while the kids are away, and child related nanny duties (kids clothes, organize kids toys, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:

• School drop-offs/pick-ups and driving to extracurricular activities (a car can be provided).
• Engaging with the 4-year-old in early learning (phonics, reading, simple arithmetic).
• Supporting evening routines, including bath time for the youngest.
• Preparing family dinners and assisting with meal planning.
• Get along with other staff (domestic couple- housekeeper and driver)
• Traveling with the family- domestic and international
• Being pet-friendly and comfortable in a household with animals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Warm, kind, and great with children of all ages.
• Enjoys intellectually stimulating conversations and engaging school-age kids.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A confident driver.
• Open to travel and flexible with scheduling around family trips.

• Work Hours:12PM-8PM M-F. The client is happy to have you work more if you are ever interested in more hours during the week. They are looking for someone who can be flexible and travel with them.

• Background:Background check upon contingent offer of hire
