We need a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team in the Dayton Area at Carespring Health Care Management in Loveland, OH .
Salary: $105,000 to $160,000
*Plus Bonus Opportunities
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Ensuring facility is following all federal & state guidelines.
- Establishing meaningful relationships with the team members, families, & community.
- Working with department heads to maintain Team Member Satisfaction
- Helping to manage team member issues
- Patient & responsible party satisfaction
- Census Management
- Accounts receivable
- Controllable Cost Management
- Ensuring the facility maintains at least 4 stars on CMS 5-star rating system
- Managing the CMS Quality Indicators
- Ensuring the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting)
You’ll Need To Have:
- A positive attitude & a passion for serving the elderly
- An active Administrator’s License in the state where the facility is located (OH, KY)
- Experience as a Licensed Nursing home Administrator
- Thorough knowledge of nursing home regulations and guidelines
- The ability to successfully manage multiple projects
- The skills to communicate with residents, family members, employees, vendors, and any others in a professional manner delivering top-notch customer service
