Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed in California – Your Career, Your Impact

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary Range: $110,000–$130,000 annually, with a robust benefits package

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups facing a variety of challenges.
• Conducting thorough assessments and creating custom treatment plans.
• Applying effective therapeutic methods to support mental health and addiction recovery.
• Documenting client progress with accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborating with peers to deliver the highest standard of care.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• An active LMFT license in California.
• Relevant experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• A self-motivated yet team-oriented approach.
