Automotive dealership is seeking a full-time, experienced Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to join our successful and growing team! This is a great opportunity to join this busy Dealership! Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits:

Job Duties:

• Preparing and processing tag and title documents and all titling transactions for local and out-of-state titling.
• Preparing checks for title work and customer refunds as needed.
• Processing and reconciling all titling documents through Dealer Tag Agency.
• Posting all titling transactions and monitor corresponding schedules.
• Title issue tracking.
• Properly figure out of state taxes for title processing
• Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and post daily bank deposit
• Input and post to the general ledger all new and used vehicles for inventory
• Process all wholesale and dealer trades

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least one (1) year of recent Automotive Title Clerk experience
• General office dealership experience required
• CDK experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, high volume dealership
• Able to work on time-sensitive projects with tight deadlines
• Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics
