Job Description

Automotive dealership is seeking a full-time, experienced Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to join our successful and growing team! This is a great opportunity to join this busy Dealership! Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits:

Job Duties:

Preparing and processing tag and title documents and all titling transactions for local and out-of-state titling.
Preparing checks for title work and customer refunds as needed.
Processing and reconciling all titling documents through Dealer Tag Agency.
Posting all titling transactions and monitor corresponding schedules.
Title issue tracking.
Properly figure out of state taxes for title processing
Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare and post daily bank deposit
Input and post to the general ledger all new and used vehicles for inventory
Process all wholesale and dealer trades

Job Requirements:

Must have at least one (1) year of recent Automotive Title Clerk experience
General office dealership experience required
CDK experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, high volume dealership
Able to work on time-sensitive projects with tight deadlines
Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics
