Your Opportunity:
As a Large Loss Adjuster, you'll be at the forefront of resolving complex, high-stakes claims. You'll leverage your experience to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle litigated liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims exceeding $500k. We believe in empowering our team members, giving you the autonomy to make decisions and drive claims to successful resolutions.
What You'll Do:
Manage Complex Claims: Take ownership of complex, litigated claims files, providing exceptional service to all involved parties.
Travel and Represent: Travel for mediations, settlement conferences, and trials (up to 30%), representing our commitment to thorough resolution.
Direct Legal Strategy: Retain and direct defense counsel, working collaboratively to achieve favorable outcomes.
Negotiate for Success: Utilize your expert negotiation skills to navigate claims towards resolution.
Analyze and Resolve: Put your analytical mind to work, evaluating injury exposures and developing effective resolution strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Experience handling litigated commercial bodily injury claims.
Proven ability to exercise independent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of evaluating injury exposures.
Excellent organizational skills.
