Interior Designer

Eden Prairie , MN | Direct Hire | $67k - $80k

Do you have a passion for creating spaces that inspire and promote well-being? Konik is partnering with a growing company with an excellent culture and collaborative design team, seeking to add an experienced Interior Designer. As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with an architectural team to develop commercial and hospitality projects.

Interior Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop interior working drawings, including elevations, details, ceiling plans, and millwork design for commercial spaces
• Conduct programming and space planning
• Create FF&E Specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and internal partners, providing site observations and documentation analysis during construction.
• Review and process project submittals, RFIs, and change management documents during construction, ensuring alignment with interior design specifications.
• Perform site observations

Interior Designer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA Accredited Program
• 3+ years of interior design experience with commercial building projects
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience with Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
