As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help propel our mission forward.
Roles And Responsibilities Are you a data-driven digital marketing expert with a passion for fitness? Do you have experience executing successful campaigns and optimizing digital channels to drive growth? We’re seeking an analytical, tech-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee digital marketing initiatives for three dynamic brands: New York Sports Club, Fhitting Room, and Lucille Roberts, with a focus on driving brand visibility, increasing membership acquisition, and supporting overall revenue growth.
This role requires hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and a proven track record of leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
DIGITAL MARKETNG EXECUTION - Lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aimed at brand growth, lead generation, and member engagement.
- Manage lifecycle email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and content creation to drive lead conversion and meaningful member interactions.
- Oversee website content updates, ensuring it's optimized for both user experience and search performance (SEO).
- Support paid digital advertising initiatives to maximize ROI.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT - Develop and manage social media strategies for NYSC, Fhitting Room, and Lucille Roberts, creating engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our diverse audience.
- Build and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement across platforms.
- Manage relationships with influencers and/or influencer agencies and coordinate both internal and external influencer campaigns.
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT + BRAND MESSAGING - Lead the creation of compelling, brand-aligned content for digital channels, ensuring a consistent voice across social media, emails, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to write and edit copy that drives engagement and conversions.
ANALYTICS + REPORTING - Dive into performance data, analyzing results from campaigns, promotions, and digital channels to generate actionable insights.
- Track and report on digital marketing metrics, identifying areas for improvement and delivering strategic recommendations to the team.
COLLABORATION + TEAMWORK - Manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors to support campaign execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to achieve company goals.
- Occasionally travel to club locations for content creation and other support activities.
QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of digital marketing experience with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and channels.
- Expertise in email marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (HubSpot and WordPress preferred).
- A passion for staying on the forefront of digital innovation and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
- Enthusiastic about health and wellness with knowledge of fitness industry trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- A desire to learn, grow, and stay current with digital marketing trends.
- Ability to occasionally work outside traditional office hours for urgent needs.
