Intensive Care (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN)

CTTX Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As an ICU RN, you will work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, caring for critically ill patients.


At CTTX Health, we prioritize patient care and provide a supportive and collaborative work environment for our nursing staff. As an ICU RN, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess and monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, perform interventions as needed, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions in the ICU.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Perform interventions and respond to changes in patients' conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
