Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Manage and cultivate client relationships to generate repeat business.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to identify appropriate Insurance products for clients.
  • Educate clients about various insurance options and coverage policies.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipeline, and follow up with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand various insurance products and coverages.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid insurance license in the relevant state, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a results-oriented attitude.
