You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.  

Human Resource Intern, Cartier North America

The HR intern will act as a project manager for all commercial HR projects in North America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing HR-related projects for commercial boutiques, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Collaborate directly with the Head of HR on various daily tasks, providing regular updates on ongoing projects.
  • Maintain constant communication with commercial HR Team to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Utilize Monday.com for tracking, managing, and organizing HR projects. Analyze data and create enhancements using data visualization tools to improve performance through KPIs and metrics.
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing data to gain further insight into people metrics, trends, and workforce changes.
  • You will leverage your analytics skills to support the team in translating business questions into actionable dashboards for the entire organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, data analytics, or any other business-related fields.
  • Desire to gain relevant experience in HR preferred.
  • Desire for Inhouse experience preferred.
  • Experience and/or desire to learn Monday.com, Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat PDF.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written format.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project life cycles and cost management.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
  • Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)and Monday.com
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as empower and assist others to achieve success
  • Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships
  • Must be 18 years old or older to participate 
  • Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 2nd - August 8th)
