Job Description

The Graphic Designer will produce and design print graphics for trade shows and specialty events. Hours are based on the current workload available.

Essential Job Duties

  • Follow design layout instructions, pay attention to detail, proofread, and work independently
  • Provide quality control and ensure compliance with company structural and graphic standards
  • Work with team members to ensure work is in alignment with client needs
  • Must understand the oversized print production process to ensure design integrity, color accuracy, and image quality are met
  • Work with and understand various file types, such as Vector, PDF, and Raster to prepare files for Print Production team members using digital printers
  • Ensure design integrity, color accuracy, and image quality are met

Requirements

  • Required experience with the following 2D software programs:
    • Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and WebEx
    • Windows-based design environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well with groups
  • Ability to work well under pressure and demands
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines; some night and weekend hours may be required
  • Ability to adjust designs based on constructive feedback and/or customer requests
  • Possess a can-do attitude and positive nature towards projects and teamwork
