Job Description

Position Overview:  We are seeking a creative and resourceful Graphic Designer with experience across various design and marketing platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing website banners, email marketing assets, and handling a range of ad-hoc design tasks that support both our marketing campaigns and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to create visuals that drive engagement, attract customers, and enhance our brand presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Banners & Graphics: Design high-quality banners for our website, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with current promotions, flight deals, and vacation packages.
  • Email Marketing Assets: Create compelling graphics for email campaigns, including promotional banners, newsletters, and product-focused visuals, to increase customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Ad-Hoc Design Projects: Support the team with a variety of design needs, such as social media visuals, print materials (brochures, flyers), and digital content (ads, landing pages, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Content Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute design strategies that align with business goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual materials are consistent with the company’s brand identity, keeping a cohesive style across all marketing channels.
  • Optimize for Different Platforms: Design assets optimized for various platforms (desktop, mobile, social media) while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with current design and marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the brand’s visual identity.
  • Adjust and Iterate Quickly: Be flexible and able to take on multiple design tasks, adjusting priorities and designs based on evolving marketing needs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in both digital and print design, particularly in the travel or e-commerce sector.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and experience with other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of web design principles and experience designing for different digital formats (web, email, social media).
  • Experience creating graphics for email marketing campaigns and landing pages.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of design projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, polished designs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking, with an ability to work under tight deadlines.

 

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS (for email design optimization).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and design adjustments based on performance data.
  • Social media advertising design experience.
