Full & Part Time Hotel Front Desk Agents Location Kissimmee, FL :

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent for Park Royal Orlando. This individual must have open availability and can work evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities include

• Greet all guests and make them feel welcome.
• Book reservations for guests and owner, process check-in/check-out of guests, process any guest credits and/or charges, etc.
• Contacting guests and welcoming them upon their arrival and exit.
• Act as an advocate for guests during their stay including efficient processing of all guest inquiries and/or complaints to appropriate personnel in order to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction during their stay. Work closely with maintenance and housekeeping.
• Upon request, provide guests with information regarding local activities.
• Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, email correspondence, typing, filing, and computer data input processing as necessary.
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks
• Reconcile accounts
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
• Help prepare for forecasts and audits

This individual must be available to work all holidays and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
