Job Description

This role is responsible for driving sales growth within an established customer base while leading the introduction of advanced technology into new markets and applications. The position requires independent business development capabilities and success in consultative, technical, and new-market sales.

• Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities for new and existing customers.

• Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, and territory-specific initiatives.

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and on-site equipment installations.

• Represent products at customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

• Respond to technical and functional RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.

• Communicate customer requirements and emerging application insights to product management.

• Travel extensively within the assigned U.S. territory.

• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce CRM.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of capital equipment sales experience.

• Proven ability to independently generate new business and develop new markets.

• Strong knowledge of industrial or materials-processing technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• High integrity, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.

• Ability to install, operate, and demonstrate equipment at customer sites.

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with technical products and systems.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Valid U.S. driver's license with a good driving record.
