Job Overview

The Part-Time Freelance Graphic Designer will create engaging visual content for trade show events, marketing campaigns, and the company's overall brand identity. This role includes designing booth graphics, promotional materials, and digital assets that align with the company's brand and client objectives. Additionally, the designer will support the Endeavour Scholarship by developing marketing and promotional graphics. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution:

  • Create booth graphics, signage, banners, and event materials for trade shows.
  • Design digital and print collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Develop advertising assets such as print ads, digital banners, and special promotional items (e.g., giveaways, coins, flags).
  • Create graphics for the Endeavour Scholarship, including event visuals, social media content, and donor materials.

Collaboration & Client Management:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, events, and non-profit teams to ensure graphics align with event goals, fundraising, and branding.
  • Coordinate with vendors and printers to produce accurate, high-quality materials on schedule and to in-country specifications.
  • Support operations and project management teams with client and scholarship-related graphic needs.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across trade shows, Endeavour Scholarship materials, and digital assets.
  • Manage and maintain a library of graphics, logos, banners, and assets for easy access and updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in trade shows or non-profits.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of print production and pre-press file preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with trade show layout software or 3D design is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience
