Vontive, Inc. is a business purpose mortgage lender that was founded in 2017 by Charles McKinney (CEO) and Shreyas Vijaykumar (CTO). Charles and Shreyas met when Palantir Technologies and Freddie Mac worked together on reducing losses for the US taxpayer during the Great Financial Crisis. Vontive, Inc. has a track record of originating $1.5+ billion of residential transition loans (RTL) to real estate investors through its proprietary loan origination software (LOS). Vontive, Inc. is venture capital-backed and has raised Series A and B venture rounds with participation from 8VC, Goldcrest Capital, Founders Fund, and Zigg Capital. Vontive, Inc. closed its inaugural securitization ( in March of 2025 as a financing vehicle for current and future RTL originations.

This position supports the Capital Markets team by managing the operational workflows that enable efficient loan sale execution and capital partner management.
